Hi Kalyan,
Thanks for the positive note.
I live in the JP Nagar/BTM layout area.. but

But I am putting up pieces of this song - if you see the youtube video (on youtube) .. you'll see links to the other pieces.
I've not put the lead piece yet.. will be putting that also up shortly.

@#addiction,
I have made several tutorial videos for each part of the song - including the initial lead.
Specifically it is this video: Paravasha nadenu - Part 1 - Intro Lead

the initial lead is played by just holding the C#m chord starting at the 4th fret.
And you play the harmonic minor instead of the regular minor.
If the chord shape isn't clear, or if I've gone too fast while showing the harmonic minor, you should find plenty of resources on the web for those two.

Good luck!

Hello Vinu,
Amazing work...I was wondering if "kenakuva munnave" part should be c#m .. Let me know.. Take care and thank you for the chord chart..

vinu said...

Anonymous, the 'kenakuva munnave' portion has been sung differently. If you notice Sonu's emotion, it's kinda like a child getting angry.
For that, he goes to that G# note, which makes the G# chord necessary.
But it's not necessary to hold G# till the next 'paravasha' section.
Play one G# and at the end of Munnave, come back to C#m.

thanks for the analysis!

Subramaniam,

You should be able to buy/find the karaoke for this easily. What I've played.. is very substandard, and is only useful for the purpose of teaching how to play.

Thanks, Aravind!
It took some work to figure that out, and I'm glad somebody noticed the beauty of that chord! :)

Can you please update the chords with capo on? I am a beginner guitarist and not so good with bar chords

Natraj said...

Shreyas,
Apologies for the delay in response. It might be easier for you to just google for those pictures. With the capo on, the C#m looks like Am, G# becomes like the E Major shape, and so on.
